  • Position: Head of Corporate Department
  • Working for Holding Company that has its main assets allocated in the following industries:
    Metallurgy and mining, Financial banking sector, Mass media, Real estate and tourism
  • Assisting Legal Department with corporate documents obtaining credit lines, loans, freights etc.
  • Legalization of company corporate documentation.
  • Monitoring of legislation acts and other corporative regulations publications and timely reporting to the management of the Company.
  • Assisting with statistical data reporting and handling requests of local authorities (e.g. Central Bank of Cyprus) in regard to corporate issues.
  • Handling company bank accounts opening forms and related corporate documentation.
  • Preparation of all necessary documents to wind up the companies, monitoring the liquidation procedures and receiving confirming certificates
  • Handling archive of corporate documents for groups of companies supervised.
  • Communication with local administers and agents.
